Robert8252
Just wondering if anyone can link me to some places to read and learn or how tos or maybe you have projects I can look at. Been looking around for ideas and forums but not much luck. Tried fiberglass forums.com but it's been days and I still haven't got email confirmation to login. 87chevyboi
ray do you have to stitch some fabric together to cover a door like that or maybe even a door with a little more speakers at the bottom or can you just stretch vinyl across it? Robert8252
No, you're on the right track. It's my door panels I'm working on but by the time I'm finished I know I won't be able to wrap it without doing some upholstery work to get the shapes it has. Just too big of an area with to get in one go. Tried and had no luck with heating the vinyl. And I'm not a huge fan of the painted look. Torres
interesting...i'll be looking for the build log to those doors.
Ray
This door is zero stitching. Since im building the whole thing from scratch i can build it how i can wrap it. Just keep an eye on it robert and it should explain how to do it. Start buying floral foam now. The soft blocks that you can stick your finger in. 4blocks for 7.00 at a craft store.
