W/o magnet covers no poly fill each had around 1.5 cube before displacement on like 200rms each and they were loud and low. I like my cvrs way better though. Way easyer to fit behind the seat they just dont have the exursion the pioneers have to get as low. boom50cal Posted October 20, 2012 Report Posted October 20, 2012 I have a buddy with a single cab long bed 82 Silverado. Has 2 Planet Audio 12's and a CVR 12 in a sealed box behind the seat. Not sure of the dimensions but I know it's about 1 cube per sub. I would say SD-2 10's, or E-10's. 2 - 2.25 cu'ft ported at 35 hz. Before the CVR, his truck just had the 2 Planet Audio 12's ported at 35 and it got stupid for the amount of space they were in. Windows down only, would it shit it and get it. cmw5e Posted October 20, 2012 Report Posted October 20, 2012 @BassMunky if you fit that in a single cab tacoma makes me feel like i should be able to fit that in my f150 lol. i had 3 Re Se in a sealed box behind my seat. id LOVE to be able to do 2 12's ported. heres what i have to work with still cant figure out what setup to do next though i have the depth and pretty wide only thing that kills me is i csant go very tall at all without being creative

Sealed up, he doesnt have that problem... i hate that about single cabs, with the windows down subs can get low and very deep but windows up it sucks, i guess with the limited space the sound gets muffled but has room to move with the windows down and the sound travels, as you can tell i dont really understand the technicals of it haha

CleanSierra Posted October 20, 2012 Report Posted October 20, 2012 Here's a couple pics of my 2 10s(although you're only seeing one) in an isobaric push/pull. The box is tuned to 33Hz with 2 3" PVC ports. It digs low and responds VERY well for a 250W sub. I can't wait to get some subs that actually handle some power to see what the box can really do. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
