Bump4life Posted July 12, 2012 Report Share Posted July 12, 2012 motor, basket, coil on the coil former, cone, surround dust cap, gasket. leads off of the coil. dont know where to buy parts. or at least good places to buy. you have to design the speaker to mix match parts. i mean you could throw something together but it may not sound good. and yes it is cheaper to build yourself. Woofers, well good woofers, are carefully designed to have parts that compliment eachother and fit together with the proper clearances and tolerances. You can buy parts from fixmyspeaker.com but I would suggest first getting a cheaper woofer, cut it apart and buy a drop in recone and recone it according to a step by step instructions.
