Kingcuong5o4 Posted July 12, 2012 Report Posted July 12, 2012 well my question is whats the best eq you can get for a cheap price. ive seen some for like 50 bucks like the clarion eqs746. i wanted to know if its worth it to get one and if it makes a difference. right now i have stock head unit with line out converter powering one alpine pdx 1.1000 for my sub and one 2.150 for my back.
HatersGonnaHate Posted July 12, 2012 Report Posted July 12, 2012 The clarion makes one hell of a difference. Best bang for the buck in my opinion. Joe X Posted July 13, 2012 Report Posted July 13, 2012 That exact 746 is superb for the price, it also acts as a powerful line driver (up to 7 Volts output). BUT I would just ditch the HU, most of them have some EQ features and overall better sound.
