Now the question is 3/4 Birch or 3/4 MDF? or 1inch MDF? the inside of the box will be fiberglassed too

Here is the last pic from that "other" website:

I've also known about the B-pillar side firing port as one of the loudest ways to get a regular cab like ours. I too have dealt with single cabs my entire adult life. I know Ray on here has done a sweet ass box with 2 4" aeros firing into the B-pillar and he got some nice numbers out of it.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

If you can get a GOOD birch, go with that, its much easier to man-handle than MDF. MDF is easier when cutting and using a router, but it's hella messy and will have sawdust everywhere! I use 3/4 birch, but make sure there are more than like 5 plys. If Baltic birch can be found in your area, buy that, you won't be disappointed.

Cant wait to see how your box turns out. I love building for single cab. I.love the challenge while.keeping lots of leg room.

IT will be started next week sometime i hope or next weekend! so excited. also what are the port measurements? i know its 18 deep but is it the 1.4 and the 4 inch measurement?
