audiofanaticz
hang it on the wall or scrap the heatsink out for aluminum money. not worth fixing that amp imo. buy a new one lol
Pierce Barrett
How in the world!?!? Makes me wonder what went first, the caps or the mosfets.... and resistors just GONE. The story behind this is I needed a bigger amp so I stupidly traded my Kicker KX 850.2 for this pile. Get home to hook up and starts to smell like shit. No smoke at all. So I was confused later to find out the guy I bought it from sold me a bad amp. 2006 Ford F150 4.6 3v (2) Digital Deisgns 3515's D4 Digital Designs M3B w/ Toolmaker Dual Inputs Mike Singer Built 340 Amp Alternator Arc Audio KS 300.4 *mids and highs to come soon* Alpine 148BT And tons of 0 AWG

b-dubs89
my guess is the capacitors went 1st the corrosion by the mosfets makes me think that , quite possibly could be that the electrolytic goo from the bad/bursted capacitors shorted or bridged paths causing a series of other failures
