Wanted to ask a few questions to others that own one of these bad boys. How loud is your sa-8? How much power are you putting to it? I'm about to get it finished up, got to get the box built and should be done by friday. I plan on powering it with a 900 watt american bass amp. A lot of people are excited to see this beast in action so I hope that 900 watts will make me proud! P.S. amazing product you made Jacob! Quote

2K XJ Posted July 31, 2012 Report Posted July 31, 2012 I run 3 SA8s in a ported box tuned to 32 hz. I run them at .67ohms off a SoundStream TX1 2600.1 for about 2000 watts. I'm extremely happy with them. They get lower and louder than my two 15s I had previously. Haven't put them on a meter and don't really plan to, but they do get loud.
