For something that small, I would cut posterboard to fit how you want. Take your time and trim a little at a time. Once you have your shape, transfer to mdf and cut. As for making the final shape out of fiberglass, no idea.

What about the method Ray used on the Monte Carlo build where he used a specific type of cardboard that he formed and then fiberglassed directly on onto it. This way you can make your shape and then just fiberglass it.

you guys see the spot though? you can even stick your finger between the box and carpet, and the biggest gap is on the top where the top trim panel stops.

i dont see the point of using more wood when the spot is so tiny, i need it sealed off.

I know you want to fiberglass it, but why not foam it?

what happens when your CD player skips and you accidentally drop a 22 hz sine bomb at an unholy volume on 7-8 year old subs? Mechanical failure floppy sub knockage on at least 2.

well...as i see the level 6 is compared to a lamborghini.....but a corvette?

i was thinking more like a chevy volt. its cute and new and "hip", but i would just rather stick my dick in a blender.........
