Requires no skill, youre wasting a tire, and being a clown in a resting place for the deceased. I dont wish harm on him for doing it but he should be told to be more respectful and grow the hell up. He needs to lower that thing or shave the seat, he could barely touch the ground. This guy is a total idiot for this ... Mostly unrelated, but I'll post it anyway. Long story short, the funeral procession was a bunch of hot rods doing burnouts. Coolest shit I've seen in a while.
