LT.Smoke
Trying to decide if i should just have a trigger job done on my ar 15 or if a drop in trigger would be a better option Im looking at Timney and JP... Crandis16
unrelated but related at the same time. We've got an AR-15 and I love that gun, we go out to our lake where we have a bunch of painted gongs at various distances and shoot out over the lake. LT.Smoke
The other thing that is plaguing me is that in my owner's manual for my Ar-15 it says that it came with an adjustable trigger Quote Team MaxRetribution Si Vis Pacem Parabellum Id rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6 Bowhunting- Life Begins and Ends at Full Draw Bowhunting Team Fatal Trajectory Hunt Team http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/49335-sick96vtecaccords-t-line-build/?hl=sick96vtecaccord << Accord Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/68498-smokedout08impalas-tline-build/?hl=+sick96vtecaccord << Impala T-line build Rebassed.com for all your music needs 👌

LT.Smoke
No there are not any other springs with it... Apparently the trigger has 2 notches in it that if you switch spring position it will lighten trigger?? ** Just going by what is in the print Quote Team MaxRetribution Si Vis Pacem Parabellum Id rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6 Bowhunting- Life Begins and Ends at Full Draw Bowhunting Team Fatal Trajectory Hunt Team http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/49335-sick96vtecaccords-t-line-build/?hl=sick96vtecaccord << Accord Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/68498-smokedout08impalas-tline-build/?hl=+sick96vtecaccord << Impala T-line build Rebassed.com for all your music needs 👌
ROLEXrifleman
You have to ask a few questions to find out what your looking to do why/what do you want to change: ** does the trigger have a gritty feeling to it? ** is teh pull weight to much? ** is there to much take up or over travel? 9/10 most people are happy with a well worn trigger. If your gun has under 1000 rounds yo may benefit from simply putting lapping compund on the hammer and sear and speeding up the process of normal wear. I gotta make my kid lunch. LT.Smoke
I mean the trigger is bearable but it is rough and has quite a bit of slack in it before you feel it start to engage.... Im not looking to run a hair trigger i would just like to run a nice clean 4-4.5lb trigger that is smooth and breaks cleanly...
