OrionStang
Curious how long these last as a starting battery. Of course its a part of a larger electrical system, but i've had mine about 3 years and its crossed my mind. OrionStang
Damn, really? Nobody else has used one of these long term under the hood? Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
TeamHT
Had mine under the hood...almost 5 years? Took it out and sold, no issues, and now no idea its condition. But it had to make room for the D3100 Quote Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

TeamHT
No problem, and this is through Alaskan weather. This is through 40 below up to 80 degrees humid and there isn't really a change. In alaska, you either wait 30 minutes or drive an hour and you can find yourself in extremely different climates. Cranked, started, never had to be jumped once in the 5 years I owned it. It was the first XS battery I ever purchased too Quote Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

Nathan @ XSpower
Scottie had a returned D925 under the hood of his car for 6 years. By the production date it was 8 years old. It did finally die though.
