Polecat Posted January 16, 2008 Report Share Posted January 16, 2008 the solo-x's have power handling issues. they are overrated. good woofers just overrated well that's a tad TOOOOOOOOO vague....like saying any woofer had blowing issues, without taking enclosure, power, voltage,etc into the equation.... done right, no, they do not have issues, playing too much power, clipping, below tuning, they can blow...........like any other subwoofer.
