christamez80
I just have a cheap soldering iron, no torch. The crimper I borrowed from a local shop but it's the type u have to hit the top with a hammer. Yeah and I have one wire goin to alternator and one goin to fuse goin to amp in the bak. The amp is a cadence zrs100.4 that I have on mids and highs.
CleanSierra
Your amp has no part in this problem I'm sure. Your connection to your ring terminal seems to be the issue. I got my little torch from Harbor Freight for like $10? Butane was only a couple. You need to get those connections fully wicked(flux through to the core of the wire). Once you have a solid connection on your terminal, see what happens. If you still have a problem, that place where the wire is cut is a concern for sure. Does that keep happening to ALL the wires you're adding, the cut? Quote Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
Lbox88
Go to Lowes, you can get a propane torch and tip for $13, also grab a can of the flux(can't remember name lol) and a spool of rosin core solder. NOT acid core. Quote UBL | Build Log
christamez80
Yes every wire I put on does this but it just recently started that's wut concerns me. I had 2-15's L7's in there with 2 planet audio B2B2400.1 and didn't have this issue at all and now that I took it out its doing this.
