Is there a way to round and clean up the edges on boxes without a router? Dont have one and looking for other ways to do it. Thanx!!

Sanding! Palm sander/orbital sander

Ok thanks HJ! My Dad has an orbital sander! What's a good grade of paper to use? Dont wanna cut too deep

I'm assuming mdf? I'd do 100 grit or 60 grit depending on how much u want taken off. Then 220 it to make it really smooth. Don't sand at an angle what you do is swoop to a side the swoop back. Don't go right onto the corner and straight back and forth if ghat makes sense

I'd use 80 then 220/240

worst case, you can always hand sand ;)

Thats exactly what I was going to do! Lol. I thought you was suppose to go straight onto the

corner! But yeah that makes sense!
