HunterJohnson Posted August 20, 2012 Report Posted August 20, 2012 I'm assuming mdf? I'd do 100 grit or 60 grit depending on how much u want taken off. Then 220 it to make it really smooth. Don't sand at an angle what you do is swoop to a side the swoop back.
