honestly speaking, box design doesn´t look bad at all, but if i´m not mistaken, those subs like smaller boxes, and with such a low peak i guess the box is too big or maybe the port is too close to the hatch? i don´t know, you could try posting some pics. Also, why do you want to hit a 152? are you competing on burp classes or something? hitting a 152 doesn´t mean you are the loudest or anything like that, my swift hit a 150.8 and the explorer a 152.8 and trust me, the swift was way louder, so the termlab means shit sometimes lol

Anyways, maybe you could try a new box just for comps if you are looking for numbers, maybe something like 10 cubic feet tuned to about 38 hz , that should add you some tenths

That size box is ok for tthe ampunt of power he is running imo.... My SA12's I did net 4.25 cube and did decent number at 5k @ 0.5ohm.

OP that isnt a bad score for the power & frequency. Is that yoir peak frequency? If not, you might gain a few by tuning a little higher. More power will definately yield higher numbers.

on a strictly burp box 152 dbs with 4 15´s and 2500 isn´t difficult at all, the thing is, hitting a 152 on a daily box with a low tuning and low peak it´s another different story
