What's the net volume of your odd shaped box, and also consider the Fi Q with high Qts option if you really go for sealed.

Not sure of tue volume. Will be somewhere around 1.5

If you only have 1.5cu that do the 10"

1998 Pontiac grand prix gtp supercharged2 12" Obsidain Audio V.1 on a 2011 zx1500.1 at 2 ohms. 20ft of Knuconceptz CCA 0 Guage. 2nd Battery is a Shurken BT-120. Box is 3.5cu tuned at 31.8hz sealed off from the trunk. 14sqft of Dynamat on the Rear deck top & bottom. Soon to be more for doors/roof. Gets low & loud

Did a 140.5 Sealed at Battle of the boom in June 2013 dropping to 12.7v (need a alt mines going bad)

In 1.5 cubes NET you can do a 12" sealed easily or a 10" ported (if the port can be implemented) which I would prefer.

Anyhow post the dims you have to make sure.

NO! I doubt you have any experience with that sub, first of all. second of all, it's not worth the slight performance boost you get. It won't work well in ported if he ever decides to go that route, and it will be damn near impossible to resell.

Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs.

More box builds

some cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches!

I'm with captain stupid.

Even if you don't go ported, It's going to be hard as hell to sell. Most people run ported, and if it won't work well ported, chances are, they won't want it.
