OrionStang Posted September 9, 2012 Report Posted September 9, 2012 Did you check the settings on the headunit? And switch the amp to "full". You can put it back to HFP later. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
Trey_Dog650 Posted September 9, 2012 Author Report Posted September 9, 2012 Did you check the settings on the headunit? And switch the amp to "full". You can put it back to HFP later. I set everything on the HU to flat. I'll go ahead and put the switch to full. What about the 2 knobs on the right tho? 13 Kia Forte Build! 07 Hyundai Accent Build ***Super Seller*** N8ball2013 And then he gets to say ok all you guys were right. im sorry for being a dummy poo poo head.
Trey_Dog650 Posted September 9, 2012 Author Report Posted September 9, 2012 I put the LPF to 30 (all the way left) and the HPF to 13k ( all the way right)? 13 Kia Forte Build! 07 Hyundai Accent Build ***Super Seller*** N8ball2013 And then he gets to say ok all you guys were right. im sorry for being a dummy poo poo head.
Trey_Dog650 Posted September 9, 2012 Author Report Posted September 9, 2012 Thanks stang! Finally got them Both to work. Now what I did was I set the HPF at 100 hz but I feel like that's wrong. 13 Kia Forte Build! 07 Hyundai Accent Build ***Super Seller*** N8ball2013 And then he gets to say ok all you guys were right. im sorry for being a dummy poo poo head.

Trey_Dog650 Posted September 9, 2012 Author Report Posted September 9, 2012 Yeah so if I set the HPF to 100 hz that means it plays everything 100 and up? 13 Kia Forte Build! 07 Hyundai Accent Build ***Super Seller*** N8ball2013 And then he gets to say ok all you guys were right. im sorry for being a dummy poo poo head.
OrionStang Posted September 9, 2012 Report Posted September 9, 2012 Those knobs don't do anything if its switched to full. Now once you set your, move the switch back to HPF and set your freq with the cc-1 somewhere between 60-80. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
Trey_Dog650 Posted September 9, 2012 Author Report Posted September 9, 2012 I did put the switch to HPF. Better to do it at 80 then? Also I don't touch the LPF then? Or cuz I switched it to HPF I essentially turned that x-over off? 13 Kia Forte Build! 07 Hyundai Accent Build ***Super Seller*** N8ball2013 And then he gets to say ok all you guys were right. im sorry for being a dummy poo poo head.
Trey_Dog650 Posted September 9, 2012 Author Report Posted September 9, 2012 Well I gotta say after using the DD1 and CC1 the music is so much cleaner and louder and doesn't distort anymore. Whodathunk it lol Anyways I was wondering if someone can help me out with my previous question about the LPF so I can sleep tonight lol 13 Kia Forte Build! 07 Hyundai Accent Build ***Super Seller*** N8ball2013 And then he gets to say ok all you guys were right. im sorry for being a dummy poo poo head.
