bigirb2002 Posted December 26, 2012 Report Share Posted December 26, 2012 mine peaked at 40 htz box is tuned for 32 htz plays low to 25htz bass start to fall off. 28 htz um um um brutal. with this being said i made a 7 cube box for 2 15`s with 2 mofo`s(loud but sound like shit and cant handle power) . when i got these subs i took the front of the box off and made a new front to fit 4 12`s. i only have 56 square inches of port so im not even hearing all they can put out right now. i plan on doing it right and make a new box with proper port area. i am willing to give this sub away for reconing purposes just let me know. spleclipse has put his 4 into a bandpass box and they still hit nice. Clearly not as good as dd's but for the price, they are great. Lows make it start to smell. Box is 32hz. I'm assuming the sub is unloading or whatever. I was thinking of going 2 in a 4 cube sealed box. I have a single 15" 4.0 ported Box i might be able to salvage and use. Think that's too big? I have a single 12" 1.0 ported.
