With DC you could add the DC XL soft parts to the lvl 4 and the lvl 4 would handle more power. That's one thing I like about DC is you can upgrade the soft parts in case you want to slap the sub on a big amp. Had another mental slip there. Also I know Fi has cooling options but anything else major like soft parts from the BTL. I haven't put much research into Fi but in going to look at their site now. I did see where the parts are made here and the woofers are built in here though.
