I would seriously look into the Audioque 750.1 for an amp. They're well worth the money and they do more than rated, even on their worst day. I'm sure there are a couple other amps out there but the AQ 750.1 is the best one I know of for your price range, off the top of my head. *Rebuid in progress*

If you want to be loud, get a more than decent box for your sub(s). Charles Stites Posted September 26, 2012 Report Posted September 26, 2012 the apsm 1500 is smaller in size and puts out more wattage at 2 ohm than the full size 1500. both are decent budget amps.. and will do rated power you can also get both of those amps cheaper without using ebay.... if you search youtube and google you can find clamp tests on those amps and the power ratings they get from them... i believe it was hank that first clamp tested the 1500 mini and i believe twisted posted a link to it in the forums somewhere.
