So Im gonna do my best not to make this a vs thread, my opti6k just went into protect and when I pulled it from the truck something is rattling around inside it lol. But amazon is taking it back no questions asked so I need to decide on what to replace it with. I have a $800-$900 budget and need some help deciding on what to get to replace it will that will make 6k+. I was thinking of 2 opti4001d's strapped at 1ohm. I really dont want a bc5500 simply because soooo many people have them and I want to be a little different lol, all ideas will be appreciated, I prefer new but will also consider used

Not hating at all I just never get people that think things like that. Solid amp, damn good customer service, most likely the cheapest for the quality you get yet still doesn't want it... Quality is quality. Who cares how many people are running it.

i shook this one kids hand and it just folded in mine. long story short i fucked his girlfriendso.. yeah..

You want this to happen to you? Give decent handshakes people.

I was gifted with an innate ability to distribute wholesale ass beatings in a timely and orderly fashion.

0.5 v for daily ? And you already blew your old 6K amp ?

You're looking for troubles again, in the future. Amps works fine at 0.5v, until they break. But if your electrical is really serious, why not ? But I would not do it, at all !!!

Good luck OP.

black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp

OEM head unit, Amplifiers Audison AP 8.9 with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200.

Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats.

2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a sealed box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.

The opti had a capacitor fall off the board, I have 2 xs xp3000s, 1 d6500, singer 350 amp alt, 6 runs of knu 1/0, have 50' of shok 1/0 on the way to make runs from the alt straight to the rear batts and have room for 2 more xp3000's if I need them. If my electrical cant handle it I'll run them at 2 ohm each until I can beef it up some more

Used to have a loud truck
