Some need to be grounded after start up and looks for a delay, which a relay provides. 86 and 87 to ground, 30 to parking brake wire from head unit, 85 to remote turn on wire. Done. CleanSierra Posted September 30, 2012 Report Posted September 30, 2012 That unit will be just fine if you ground the parking break relay. Pretty easy, I did the same to both my Kenwood DDX6019 and my DDX896. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
