sick work man! I am going to dabble in kydex for some knives I am making. Leather is great, but kydex looks cooler.lol What kind of foam do you use in the press? I have some one inch closed cell foam and figured I could double it up...

Thanks man, I've been using 1" gym/yoga pads they tossed at my work. Neoprene foam is on my list after a table top bandsaw and buffer.

He was taunting me. He's all like "come at me bro!" So I'm like "I'm coming at you bro!" And he's like "hey, fuck you" *chomp*. Then I killed it. I win.

^^^ you have truly taken being a lazy fuck to a new level tonight, an MRE. WOW

Have you noticed any wear and tear on the weapons since these are form fitted kydex? Just wondering

Surprisingly no. I thought there would be some with as many times as I've drawn and holstered my M&P which was the first one I made with the kydex pressed directly against the gun. Every holster after that I've blue taped (double in some areas) the parts that would rub the most to mitigate excessive wear. The only thing I can say is keep it clean and after washing it out with soap and water give it another quick wipe with CLP inside the holster. After I make one I always wipe the inside with CLP to reduce the friction and add a bit of protection on the gun.
