P4killer_
I have windows vista hp lappy. Awhile ago my windows decided to become "not genuine" and locked me out... I cannot read the key on my windows sticker so MS refuses to help me.. I ended up reformatting from the recovery partition.. Everything has been ok since then.. So today I went to install Term Lab software,a dn upon restarting, the computer is not genuine AGAIN and im locked out. So i restored back before the install and it will boot into windows now, but I get various error boxes that say "You may be a victim of software counterfieting" Basically my copy of windows cannot be validated.. I go to the online validation it responds as interrupted and it doesnt work.. no matter how far back I go it still pops up. Cannot access computer properties window, when I open control panel its blank.. any help is greatly appreciated Setup: 2010 Hyundai Elantra Factory Unit via 4 chan NVX LOC Excessive Amperage "H/O" Alt Xs D3400/ Xs XP3000 Big 3. 2 Runs of +, 2 Runs of - DD M3b and 2 12" AQ HDC4s
Raptorman
Look into something called WAT Remover for windows vista. I use it for Windows 7. It happens a lot, even on legit copies. Don't know why it does, but that's what I do and it works. 1996 GMC Sonoma Four Fi BTL Neo 18's In 2:1 6th Order Bandpass 2 Ampere 5k's @ .5 TEAM FI TEAM #LITHIUMCANTDEMO On 10/20/2013 at 0:37 AM, KillaCam said: Fucking with a Prius driver is like making fun of a disabled kid. beaker
WAT stands for Windows Activation Technologies. It removes and disables the software that will activate windows and puts a fake copy in its place.
Ballen194
fucking microsoft. first start with your date and time. make sure its accurate. it is possible to get a wga warning with incorrect date and/or time. iirc if you want to update media player or IE and such, this wga installation is mandatory from microsoft. what id do, assuming your copy is legit, is get into the system and find your activation key. theres quite a few programs that you can install that will detect it. like this http://www.winkeyfinder.com/ once you have your key, call microsoft and RAISE HELL. if you are completely legit and your computer is fitted with a genuine oem key and getting wga notifications, request a new key. 98 Isuzu Rodeo Pioneer Deh-6300ub SUBS*Upcoming* SSA Xcon 18 4th order AMP Banda 3500 Mids/Highs Pioneer EQ Clarion EQS746 ETC.
