n8ball2013 Posted October 9, 2012 Report Share Posted October 9, 2012 i bet its the same amp then. It specs out the same it adds up for the jump from 14.4 to 18 volts on the wattage increase. It just has a different protection circuit in it. see if you can talk to DBR or whatever and see if they can cange the protection circuit.
