I'd try doing the price match link on the SE stie instead of calling them. I had a sub that went out after a month because of bad QC (regardless I still looooved those subs) and low and behold they weren't covered under warranty because they're not an authorized dealer. onlinecarstereo has good prices, but if something goes wrong don't except shit to get replaced or fixed.
