Slinky
get a 3.5mm to rca adapter and use your ipod/phone to bypass the h/u to see if it picks up the lows better Pure genius. I dunno why I didn't think of this sooner. Hell I probably have one of these adapters laying around somewhere. I will definitely try this out soon and see if there's any difference. Why not make the port all the way up? I used the Obsidian recommended port area and then just multiplied it by 4. Slinky
Found this blue flooring material that is the perfect backbone for the fiberglass. Starting to shape out the curve now. Anyone have any tips for getting a straight edge with the fiberglass? Slinky
Got the windows tinted last night. If you're in the STL area looking for tint, look at Altox window tinting. They did a pretty good job and it looks kickass. 5% in the rear, top, and sides. 35% on the driver and passenger windows. I hope to start on the fiberglass this weekend. Slinky
Sick build my man. Thinking about a Veloster for my next car too. Thanks man. I highly recommend the Veloster or even the Veloster turbo. I've had it one year and it's been a great car. Good gas mileage, plenty of room for subs(if you take the back seats out), and its a looker. This is basically what I used. The width isn't 38, its actually 40 in the front and 37 in the back. The top, and sides taper in to hug the roof and get the most amount of space.
