heres another little trick.....

when i let the glass fly past the end of my part......use 36 to trim it back........(while its Not fully cured....but hard enough to sand)(Greenstage)

One of the guys over at fgf said this.....

"you need to cut off a 1/2" of that inner short section, to the left of the right exhaust cut out. it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Looking awesome other than that. I have to say the exhaust might look better if long-oval shaped instead"

Q-Any benefit to 36grit sandin off that overlay as opposed to cutting it off w/ scissors/razerblade/etc and THEN sanding afterward?

I'd think it would end up the same and I'd be too worried I'd over sand it and just make more work for myself.
