We wanted something that complimented the interior of the vehicle & wanted to make Mercedes Techs scratch their heads a bit. Please excuse some of the blurry pics. Hope you guys like it. We start off looking for a little inspiration. The first step is masking the vehicle interior & exterior to protect it at all cost. things are gonna get messy! Next we pop a mould of the interior & let that sit overnight (or work all night & pull the mould) Trim it up & we're off to building. Can i ask a question though, why did you fiberglass the entire cargo area for just the box on the side? Is there more too this coming? Thanks Steve, We taped up the whole cargo area but It was actually just glassed the side where the enclosure is..
