And now.... the final product :)

An epic, all MDF/carpet dashboard that is complete modular and serviceable with minimal fixpoints. And the sound quality staging/imaging from these cheap speakers is incredible. I have not heard anything like it.

Now, we have a wall to finish :)

M12 bolts to prevent delamination of the wall baffle. Should work :)

Fits like a glove. Now it's time to rebate the wiring for the subs/rears.

Now to make sure we routed things out right and we linked the right subs together, we marked out EVERYTHING!

^^^^ and I couldn't resist the plates :P hahaha.

Overall.... sound quality is off the hook.. and it's yet to be tuned :P SPL..it was a gamble. it was either going to play really loud, or really low. It's worked out to be loud to the ears and not to the meter. It got a 140.8 to start with, but it managed 136dB @ 20Hz. haha. The subs need more power. They want to get louder, but they aren't getting enough grunt to play with. So a monoblock upgrade is definitely on the cards.

I'll do a walk thru video of the build shortly to show off the electrical work that has been involved with this project. It's the only way to show it off, as pictures do nothing for wire work.

That's it for now. All that's left is the back of the wall and the body.

So... stay tuned :) And thanks for the interest so far.
