KiKaZz74 Posted November 6, 2012 Author Report Share Posted November 6, 2012 here make this, simple design but you have the artistic freedom to make it pretty those are suppose to be 4" aero ports., they have a 7 1/4" flare. they are 18" long its 3/4"mdf, so that 12 3/4 includes the bottom baffle. edit: that part on the front is just 3/4" mdf layered up to get the ports away from the back wall. whats the distance on that inner baffle? and what size subs? In my mind, the port was supposed to be short and wide, running along the bottom of the box.
