jason2000ls Posted October 30, 2012 Author Report Posted October 30, 2012 the w7s have never even moved an inch peak to peak. i know im not overdriving em. could a sealed box be the cause??? it must take some good force to get these things moving in a sealed box. possibly one amp per sub next time? im so outa ideas here.
jason2000ls Posted October 30, 2012 Author Report Posted October 30, 2012 was thinkn that same thing these lincoln Ls are not very user friendly.... appairently the pcm can turn on and off the alternator all together, its not entirely up to the voltage regulator in this case. could this be a problem

scoobywrx05 Posted October 30, 2012 Report Posted October 30, 2012 Has every amp blown when the car was running? Double check your rear battery grounds and all connections threw out your power wire . Hook your mm up to 1 of the rear batteries while the car is running and your stereo up half way and watch the voltage for several minutes and see if it remains constant or if your getting voltage spikes or major drop offs. Port that 5cf box to 35hz or around there depending on what music you listen to mostly.
Guest Posted October 30, 2012 Report Posted October 30, 2012 why do you have 0 gauge going from the alt straight to the rear batteries? you're supposed to have it go from alt to front battery, then from front battery to rear batteries.
