As-21 Posted November 6, 2012 Report Share Posted November 6, 2012 Here is my setup: Level 5 m2 12inch DC audio 3.5k 2 xs power batteries 5100 and 3100 on the back 110AMP alternator for now what is the recommended box volume do i need to do for my setup ? and how much port area you think i need ? I will design it on Torres' Box Tuning Calculator so if u can give me what to look after when i will build it and what measurements like Net volume port area and other thing ill need to have. Hertz HSK 165XL Celestra FA475xDC Audio 3.5KDC Audio level 5 12 inchXS Power 6500 on the front.XS Power 3100 on the back.Knukonceptz 0 gauge an 10 gauge OFC wire. Joe X Posted November 6, 2012 Report Share Posted November 6, 2012 Here is a suggestion, you can use it to play with Torres: Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 34.6 Hz Vb = 1.75 ft^3 External Height = 14 in External Width = 35 in External Depth = 14.5 in Port Width = 2 7/8 in Cut Sheet List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. External Enclosure Parts: 2 x Front & Back (3 parts) = 35 x 14 Left & Right Sides = 12 1/4 x 12 1/2 Top & Bottom = 35 x 12 1/4 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: Front to Back = 9 3/8 x 12 1/2 Extension = 24 1/2 x 12 1/2 The port centerline length that you use in Torres is 39", driver displacement is 0.20 cubic feet.
