Port area

Two 15" L7s, 2500 watts rms.. 10 cubes with 112 sq in of port area, 13.19 in^2 per foot. Tuned @ 33hz. Would this be enough port for these subs, and not cause any port noise?

Just make sure your port is wide, thin ports create port noise.

Yes is enough, as noted above, keep the width to height ratio of that area below 9.

the box is 37 width, 28 depth and 21 inches tall. port is 7 inches tall, 16 wide and 20 in port depth inside of box..
