Updated the above to show all dimensions customized to the cutsheet, note that the version with 45s has slanted "front to back" port parts not rounded. this preserves the 4" width that is necessary at the turn. The front, front internal parts had incorrect length, now is fixed. If you have any questions let me know.

Pretty sure, the 45s inside the port are not 8.5cm like the others, what's important about their size is that the width of the duct at the turn is exactly 4cm as shown, the lateral ducts also are 4 cm wide.

Since not everyone can cut them to the exact spec I often recommend not doing them.

Joe X, if you still have the lost photo bucket images can you upload them back on here please.I sure would appreciate it. Thank you.

I don't but the top view on post #15 should be more than enough, now bear in mind that the OP had his suggestion done in metric units, if you are not working with metric units I could post something in English units for you.

Ok I just wasn't sure if I was missing something else. It would be appreciated but I don't want you to go through the trouble.

Im just trying to save all the box info for this woofer from various sites to compare them. Such as what type of output the person is seeking and type of car, etc. and hopefully see the outcomes of finished product.

I'm also trying to see if there is any output difference in the types boxes but so far everyone is just wanting to build slot port, no woofer up with square ports facing foward. Nor have many people strayed from the original size of the ported box. I'm just doing research still.

Many thanks to you though. I've tried to send you messages but I guess your not able to use mail or I'm hitting the wrong person up. Thanks a bunch Joe.
