america doesnt use the celsius scale so i dont know what that means in farehneit. i think i am supose to add 32 to the celsius number to get farnheit. 32 + 38 = 70 degrees farenheit....?

To answer your question...For major rattling like I had with my tailgate door it did some what work but not that well...A few layers more would have done the job right...Two 15" L7s CRX style with 2500rms isn't easy to stop rattling...I also have it on my doors for the midbass and components and it did work good for those situations.

lol or it doesnt have anywhere to go...

but it all really depends... sound deadener will change the res freq because the pannels wont be ratteling anymore just the subs force.... it will also usually sound quieter outside the vehicle but louder inside (like i said thou alot of factors matter and effect what the final outcome is in you vehicle) For sound quality dampener is a must for spl alot of people use it as well because it can up your score somewhat

theres no such thing as too expensive when it comes to upgrades like that, because imo if you are gonna spend to upgrade then do it correctly rather then be a cheap ass ricer
