12.6in^2 per cube is pretty small especially for a 4th order. i know that 14 - 16 is good for a ported box, and i think i herd something like 16 - 18 for a 4th order. i could be wrong but i do know that 12.6 is on the small side and that you might gain a little spl with more port area.

My 2 15's 4th with the almost the same ratio as yours has over 220sq inches. You defiantly need more port.

May be your tuning though.. i'm tuned to 49 and it still gets down to low 20's to jiggle my balls lol
