The MT is just like the AA mayhem

my brother owns 2 XXX and they are alright.. for the money they are over priced when you can get a FI sp4 that can take more power and can sound good.. my Brother runs his sub with a RE xtx5000.1 and they cant even take the 2500 rms they are rated at. 1 is new 1 is used.. let me know he is trying to get rid of them

They are a little bit different. Cooling is the main difference between the 2 subs. Scott use to own re audio so that might be why there is similarities between the two. He sold the company and to be honest it went to shit after, a bunch of over priced over seas junk no offense. OP you might want to look into AA or Fi audio.

idk why RE would release new subs next year... They are a has-been company.... I bet they'll be at department stores soon.. Either way, if it were me I would ditch RE. And do some research on the forums... MUCH better equipment that would suit your budget/needs. Also, do you know how to recone a sub?

I just bought a Sex12d4 ill tell you how i like it soon. They have the Re pro series now which is like the old better models. I think they had the MX model which was like a downgraded xxx. They got rid of those too. I know woofersetc still has some old ass ones in stock maybe they'll have some.
