Well when the box is symmetrical I wouldn't do that either, especially when I could push on the sub and notice that the suspension is softer like he said.

Really guys no one said it.......

Tacomaguy did....

Out of phase this screams out of phase....

Even. One coil could be out of phase.... if you bump the + and - to a 12v battery they should move the exact same if they don't.... one sub is most likely out of phase..... are they direct leads? what ohmage? Are you in series parellel?

To be out of phase they can still move the same direction... one just less than the other

It's a possibility but that would be ruled out if the subs were taken out of the box and inspected, DMMed, swapped, re-wired. After which the issue would either be resolved (likely) or DD would owe this gentleman a recone assuming he hasn't damaged the sub(s) himself and I doubt he has.

I'm gonna hate

Fawlce.

1) unhook subs and test each sub separately. Play the same song and see if you can notice them moving about the same when you test each one. videoing this will help

2) Verify that your coils are wires up correctly and you dont have a loose wire somewhere

3) Swap the inputs to the sub and then see if the other subs starts moving more

4) just say fuck it and turn up the volume more

5) send vodka to meh

:ninja:

Also,

i think i have different suspensions. I can tell just by pressing on them....smh
