Swordlordboy1234 Posted December 14, 2012 Report Posted December 14, 2012 Tomorrow I'm gonna take a big chunk out of the final things to do to my build. Alternator, foam more, correct some mistakes/laziness But with the foam part.. In the rear quarter panels, is there any drain for the sunroof? I don't wanna foam the shit out of the quarter panels and find out I just blocked one of my rear drains. I'm foaming that area because the beauty panels in the trunk leak bass above them, and into the quarter panels. It's one of the worst flexing part of my cars after I got doing the roof, trunk, and all 4 doors in over 60sq feet of audio Technix. I appreciate any help. And after my alternator is in and I don't have to rev my engine and pray I don't drop below 11v, ill post a video going of my whole car and letting it beat some. Bt with the current alternator I have to man the car very carefully and keep a steady eye on voltage and hand on the volume My old YouTube channel : http://www.youtube.com/user/SwordLords1234?feature=mhee My old build log : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/161872-96-accord-b2-sundown-sky-high-dc-power-re-re-build-for-heatwave/page-37 My New Build - http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/207041-2016-mazda-6-sql-build/ 2016 Mazda 6 Touring JL Fix 86 - OEM signal correction B2 prototype DSP 6to8 B2 Ref63 - 3 way active set 2 B2 Class H quattro's 1 B2 Zero.5R @.5 2 B2 HNv3 12 d2 B2 SLIP40 - Lithium in the trunk Northstar Group 35 under the hood 100ft 2/0 welding cable 30ft 4ga welding cable 20ft 8ga welding cable All stinger OFC speaker wire Soundrive custom RCA's Tons of attention to detail.... mbdblue Posted December 14, 2012 Report Posted December 14, 2012 Can't remember for sure, but to check, take down the inside panel (sail panel). If there is, its just a clear tube...but either way, you most likely won't clog it since its closed off till it empties out by the rear tire. Swordlordboy1234 Posted December 14, 2012 Author Report Posted December 14, 2012 So it empties by the tire?... Good to know. I noticed them when I took down my headliner and sunroof and deadened the shit outa that last week (hugeeeeeeee difference) but last time I played around with foam............ I foamed my trunk shut.... And 7 hours later after taking out my back seat completely, taking out both of those support bars, finding a way to squeeze out my box.... Fixing the foamed trunk latch... And 1 hour getting the trunk light to read when it's open and closed again..... I don't wanna go foaming shit too quickly. On a side note the foam made a huge difference in my trunk My old YouTube channel : http://www.youtube.com/user/SwordLords1234?feature=mhee My old build log : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/161872-96-accord-b2-sundown-sky-high-dc-power-re-re-build-for-heatwave/page-37 My New Build - http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/207041-2016-mazda-6-sql-build/ 2016 Mazda 6 Touring JL Fix 86 - OEM signal correction B2 prototype DSP 6to8 B2 Ref63 - 3 way active set 2 B2 Class H quattro's 1 B2 Zero.5R @.5 2 B2 HNv3 12 d2 B2 SLIP40 - Lithium in the trunk Northstar Group 35 under the hood 100ft 2/0 welding cable 30ft 4ga welding cable 20ft 8ga welding cable All stinger OFC speaker wire Soundrive custom RCA's Tons of attention to detail.... certifiednut Posted December 15, 2012 Report Posted December 15, 2012 you could pour water into your sunroof, and see where the water comes out these orphans aren't going to feast on themselves
