Are you making the idler system? Also, from what I have read, 270a is the biggest I can go (1997 5.4 Expedition) with the stock belt wrap. is this true and are there any slipage issues with the 270a anyways? I sent a quote request from your web site tonight, and want to just get quoted on the biggest I can get in the factory location. Quote New build coming........ crunkjuice1 Posted December 18, 2012 Report Share Posted December 18, 2012 pretty good mine happens to be external regulated. you can get a 320amp alt and if this double pulley comes around again it would probably help out a ton with slip.
