Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.

revoracing247 Posted November 2, 2013 Report Posted November 2, 2013 took my braces down for gluing some mdf in my truck. made braces for the roof. installed braces and did some more "great stuff" in the crevices around the roof and pillars. ~ If it was easy, everybody would be doing it ~
Kevin M Posted November 2, 2013 Report Posted November 2, 2013 Building a ballast for the rear deck. I've had enough of the rattles. It is made out of mdf, kitty hair, body filler, and plexiglass. There are two 9x12 plexi windows that open to the inside. I am going to fill it with black and white aquarium and play sand. Should weigh about 200lbs+. when it is finished. It will be bolted to the underside of the rear deck by 5/8 threaded rod.
