need to upgrade electrical at all?

After xmas i plan on purchasing a audiopipe apsm1500 and running ut at 2 ohms like 900 clean watts can i get away with this on stock electeic? I think my truck has a 110 amp alt and just normal truck battery in it ill run it with 0 gauge cca only like 12ft long what do u guys think should i add a hc800 in the back?

I would try it frist without the hc 800, install a voltmeter them cheap, if you got dimming or want a little bit more stability in your system,

well your alt can take the demand, but you gotta think of the big 3. If any of those wires are not capable of transfering about 90-100 amps, then you can damage your electrical system. I would deffly upgrade that part, you can even leave your stock wiring in place, just add a second run of like 6 or 8 ga wire. Thats the cheap way of course. never hurts to be safe. I fried my car once a long time ago with a 600w Orion 2150gx (600w @2ohms, 80amps). No fun!

A- that AP amp isnt a upgrade.

B- .... that AP amp needs to be re thought....

what do u suggest on a budget then?
