revoracing247 Posted December 26, 2012 Report Posted December 26, 2012 ohh ok, i did some more reading last night and yeah i was wrong you do measure from the wall. t-lines work a bit differently then i thought lol anyways, also found out the depending on where you place the sub along the line effects the different peaks on the response curve. so lets say you wanted to mellow out a certain frequency, then one thing you can do is place the sub at the point where the closed end of the line would he the 1/4 wave and it's mellow it out more. anyways, as for the wall, i think glassing it and putting body filler would work out best. if you can figure out the cut once you make it then it shouldn't be too hard to get it at least close to the right angle and length. ~ If it was easy, everybody would be doing it ~
