help with alts and voltage!

Recommended Posts

Yup... batteries are discharged

Do you have a clamp meter? You could clamp your alts to confirm they are all putting out power

My trucks bagged, one night i got an air leak and my compressors ran most of the night ( every 2in or so i think) Went ro start my truck up, and the batts were so drained.. That when my truck started it put a huge load on the alts amd truck would bearly run.. I was charging at 14v for about an hour of driving and it was sslllowwlyy getting back up to 15.2v

Basically.. Your bat could be dead or uber drained
