Noob electrical question

Ok so I have a sax100.4 on the way and eventually a saz.1500 or 2000. First question is can I use one 0awg power wire to a distribution block to power both of these or should they have their own power and ground wires? Second is what size inline fuse would I need on that power wire? And would I need to upgrade my electrical system at all like the big three or a ho alternator? (2005 Titan)

I personally would run separate power wires to each amp. Fuse is just based on the manufacturer specs, so probably around a 70amp & a 150amp. Definitely should do the big 3. What size alt is the stock though?

Ok I'm just trying to figure out how to hook up the wires to the terminals. I don't have to run the ground all the way to the battery right? Just to the chassis? For now i just have a 300 watt amp to my subs. And the stock alt is 130 amps.

defiantly run separate wires and do the big 3. If you get a good battery for under the hood you should be fine with the 1500. If you go with the 2 k I would think about adding a second battery in the back of the car

I would upgrade, with electrical there's no real harm in overdoing it. I have a 200 amp breaker on a 4x100 kenwood and a 1x1200 Hifonics Brutus, it seems to hold up fine. I am installing a second battery though, because even with an alt upgrade (220amp) and one run 0awg, I still get voltage drop. Though that could just be I have a bad ground too.
