Amp Problem.

If you can try the subs with a different amp to make sure that they work to try and eliminate them from being the possible cause.

You will need to go through all the wiring to find out where your losing signal from, could be a bad terminal connection or something else.

i did that battery test with the subs it made noise. lol im feeling its the amp

It sounds like its the amp, a couple years ago I had this happen to a PA amp I was using. But go ahead and check the connection to the deck and then check the RCAs and make sure they're all good before you single out the amp.
