Altima1
Awesome build!! Lots of work here. Doors and new kicks are tits!!! About the coil springs vs. coilovers, look into KW or BC Racing. BC Racing will let you choose spring rates and they have some very stiff springs. Also have 30 way adjustment for shock stiffness. If you wanted, you could slam it low and still not bottom out. Thanks man! I put in a lot of work. As far as the coilovers i was looking into them first but they cost a lot more and i will lose the ride comfort too. My car handles like a pro now. Not saying you couldnt make it work but it would take some time. And i dont have a shop to be making adjustments like that. I dont know how I missed this a trunk build but damn that 15 is getting down and them doors i dont even know what to say about them. Keep up the good work its motivation for me to get louder. Haha!! Yea FI FTW!!!! lol Sp4's are str8 BEAST!!! and thanks for compliment. http://coilsprings.com/ ???? Yes, and you didnt need to leave all the pictures in the first quote to ask where i got them....lol 149.4 Db @ 30Hz Outlaw With One 15" Fi Team Sub, Trunk Build. !!!!!Hair Tricks!!!!!Check Out The Build Log http://www.stevemead...0-4-and-t400-4/Watch The Videos http://www.youtube.com/user/jcplaya3

lightfoot
I recently got a 05' altima, and i have deadened the trunk the roof the back seat area, this thing still rattles like crazy. I am running 1 15" cerwin verga stroker pro, woofer and port both firing foward very similar to your set up, however i do not have the enclosure isolated from the trunk, and it sounds like garbage IMO. my question is, did the deadener on the floor board make a noticeable difference. BTW great build and excellent work.
OrzechNJ
yes it make a difference! and if ur box is not sealed off to cabin 100% it wont sound better.. unless u get cell foam to avoid cancellation.. Like Altima1 did .. sometimes Loud is NOT pretty Sounds like its safe to go ahead and bend that ass over.

BTW great build and excellent work. Thank you! To answer your question, Yes.....Everything i have done in this car has made a small but noticeable difference. That’s how you get loud! i laugh when i see people spend all this time and money on equipment and don’t even have the structure of the car right to hold the SPL they are producing, It’s a waste. Efficiency is key in output. More isnt always better if it isnt done right. It’s just acoustics and physics. but mostly COMMON SENSE Lol 149.4 Db @ 30Hz Outlaw With One 15" Fi Team Sub, Trunk Build. !!!!!Hair Tricks!!!!!Check Out The Build Log http://www.stevemead...0-4-and-t400-4/Watch The Videos http://www.youtube.com/user/jcplaya3
Altima1
Alright well here is another small project that i came up with, Ive never seen it done but im going to try and do it!! lol A REMOVABLE bracing for the rear doors, they flex a lot and thats a loss of sound so im going to try and attempt to fix that with this....... 1in floor mounts with a 1in to 3/4in adapter screwed into it and then the 3/4in bar screws into that. 149.4 Db @ 30Hz Outlaw With One 15" Fi Team Sub, Trunk Build. !!!!!Hair Tricks!!!!!Check Out The Build Log http://www.stevemead...0-4-and-t400-4/Watch The Videos http://www.youtube.com/user/jcplaya3
