If its at 12.3 you should def give it a charge sooner than later. Will it start? Probably. But that's getting pretty low.

No your alternator will not actually charge the battery, it will maintain it for the most part.

You need to find a battery charger, I believe autozone might have an AGM charger that they can let you use for free. Give them a call.

I think it's actually stated that an undercharged battery is just as dangerous ( warranty wise) as an overcharged battery on the pamphlet with it!! Be careful buddy.

Go buy a charger for it, what would a cheap one cost?

20-30 dollar? (i'm pretty sure it's a lot cheaper then a new battery.)
