Are you measuring your voltage at the amp? If not, give that a try.

Also double check that your sub is wired properly and that no wires came loose / fraying and might be shorting out

im not sure was told it was fine when i had problems with my alt they tested it all for me

You should get a Multi meter of your own. It will help with diagnosing stuff.

i have a multimeter and all the tools i need but my subs not giving me the problem its my 4 channel that is. i just havent had time to do it lately then its dark by the time i get time so i havent bothered to try to work on my truck when its 20 below and dark
